Over the last couple of decades, many scholars, and researchers began exploring the scientific validity of spiritual concepts that were well-known and practiced over centuries in many cultures around the world. Over 2,000 research trials have proven that mindfulness and meditation have a significant impact on people’s well-being. From mental to physical health, mindfulness and mediation have both been proven to create a significant difference in a person’s life quality, sometimes with results that equal or supersede medication. As we heard that “An apple a day keeps the dentist away…”. I would like to suggest that “A meditation a day keeps medication away!”
