The HEART Approach is a Couple and Relationship Therapy modality that is founded on Humanistic-Existential psychology. Our researched, evidence-based and cross-culturally applicable approach, leads the way to the future, introducing Integrative Couple and Relationship Therapy. It combines Mindfulness, EFT, IMAGO, GOTTMAN, PACT & Sex Therapy as an all-in-one training.

What does it include?

  • Up to 51 Continuing Education credits

  • 2-Online Training Modules including experiential, theoretical and clinical learning

  • The option for advanced certification in a week-long full immersion retreat

MBExist Workshops

The Mindfulness Based Existential Therapy workshop is an 8 weeks course integrating the practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, cognitive therapy and stress reduction into an Existential Humanistic approach. 

This course can be taken either as

  • A therapeutic practice, under the MBSR or the MBCT formats

  • A psychoeducational and growth workshop, under MBExist

What does it include?

  • 26 hours of group meetings, growth and practice:

    • 2.5 hours a week of guided and direct instruction (online), over 8 weeks

    • A 5-week module (1) including experiential, theoretical and practical learning

    • 1-week of practice and theory integration to solidify your practice

    • A 3-week module (2) including experiential, theoretical and practical learning

    • 1 full additional day of guided practice and silence

  • Practice certification for wellness practitioners

  • Insurance invoice for those enrolling in MBCT and MBSR
